Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed against the agreed service period, activation status, actual usage, support history, and local law. The current manual process should keep the decision, reason, operator, and timestamp.
Future automatic payments
After automatic payment is added, the website should provide a cancellation flow and correctly handle refunds, disputes, and duplicate webhook events.
