Information not collected
The current product does not need exchange API keys, take custody of private keys, store exchange passwords, or process card details.

Data is used for login, subscription entitlement, Telegram alerts, risk control, security audit, support, and service improvement.
Website analytics
When the operator configures Google Analytics, public pages send a sanitized page path and basic visit data. Query parameters and URL fragments are never sent. Analytics is disabled on member, admin, purchase, and password-reset pages.
Online support chat
The website stores support conversations, text messages, and issue screenshots that visitors choose to upload, and notifies support staff through Telegram. The browser keeps the conversation token only in this tab's sessionStorage for up to 24 hours; legacy localStorage tokens are migrated and removed. Do not submit exchange passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary sensitive information in the chat widget.
